After Giotto had gone, it soon became obvious that Quinta was going to take over as leader of the pack. Despite her physical limitations (she had very bad hips) Quinta was a natural leader. We didn't work, show or breed with Quinta, but we valued her as a pet. Quinta reached the respectable age of twelve.
